My Philosophy

As a coach specializing in working with women and parents, I understand the profound challenges that come with balancing a career and family life. The journey of parenting, particularly for women who have invested significantly in their careers, can feel like a maze of conflicting priorities and societal expectations.

For many women, the first three decades of life focus on personal and professional development. Parenthood introduces a new, intense focus, often causing a reassessment of career goals and aspirations. This shift can be jarring, as the desire to be a present parent often clashes with the demands of a career. Managing priorities becomes a delicate balance. With no dedicated space to address these very real challenges, finding that balance is particularly difficult.

Coaching offers that dedicated, confidential space.

I help my clients redefine what success looks like in both the familiar and unfamiliar areas of life. I offer a tailored approach centered on helping you maintain your professional identity while embracing your role as a parent. The work typically involves assessing priorities, boundaries, and time allocation, with an eye towards building a balanced lifestyle in which you truly can have it all.
