Coaching for Professionals and Leaders
Specializing in ADHD
Hi, I’m Jill.
I work with experienced professionals, many of whom have ADHD, who are doing well but finding that work takes more time and energy than they want it to.
Together, we clarify priorities, explore what’s making work harder, and develop practical approaches that fit your life and career.
A Practical, Personalized Approach
I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified ADHD Coach Practitioner (CACP), with nearly a decade of experience helping professionals navigate the demands of work, leadership, and everyday life. My background includes senior leadership roles in sales and account management.
Our work connects practical strategies with a closer look at what makes them difficult to use. We might work on planning your week while exploring why you keep taking on more, or prepare for a difficult conversation while examining the overthinking that delays it.
Each session starts with what matters to you and what’s happening in your work and life.

How Coaching Can Help
-
Step back from competing demands, clarify what matters, and decide where your time and attention belong.
-
Recognize how overthinking, perfectionism, and self-doubt affect your decisions, and build greater trust in your judgment.
-
Develop practical ways to plan your time, organize your workload, and manage competing demands that fit how you think and work.
-
Understand what makes certain tasks difficult to begin or finish, and develop ways to move forward without relying on last-minute pressure.
-
Prepare for difficult conversations, communicate clearly, and delegate with greater confidence.
-
Use regular coaching to reflect, adjust your approach, work through setbacks, and follow through on the commitments you choose.
Coaching approach
What Working Together Looks Like
Coaching begins with a conversation about your goals in all areas of life and work, what you're hoping to change and what may be getting in the way.
If we decide to work together, we'll start with a three-month engagement, typically meeting weekly. Our sessions are shaped by your priorities, with room to address challenges as they arise.
Between sessions, you'll have opportunities to put new approaches into practice, notice what works, and bring what you're learning back into our conversations.
